- Okay , first the resort minus staff , when i am checking in resort no body to welcome with us , and finally we checking in with security . And my booked from booking.com not find in the system . And he over by walkin system . Not humble persons . And when i am paying the resort not given me receipts . And for water in room so dirty. And room not

- My booking had been confirmed, but when I showed up, the whole hotel was allegedly closed for renovations. They also could not find my reservation, but when I showed them the proof, they could immediately find it on their system. However, it did appear that there were people in some of the units, but they refused to assist me. They then took me to another resort, perhaps 15 minutes away, and wanted me to check in there at more than double the amount I had booked for with them. However, that resort clearly had not seen a layer of paint in at least 20 years, and was unkempt. I would have been hard-pressed to stay there out of free will. After making a call to the person I had arranged a n excursion with the next day and acting on his advice, they then took me to this other hotel, but I had to pay for the transport. If ever I go to Banten again, I'll give this property a miss.
